I can confirm that LL's suggested fix of renaming GSdx32-SSE2.dll (or E4, depending on your case) to GSdx32-AVX.dll will cause it to play correctly in RetroBat at least in my case (make sure you make backups of the original dlls) A click followed by no beeps, means power-good, but cannot run POST.
